TellTap Uganda(“TellTap”, “we”, “our”, “us”) values your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect your personal information when you access or use the TellTap platform, mobile applications, websites, and services (collectively, the “Service”).

This Policy complies with the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019 (Uganda) and other applicable Ugandan laws

These processors are bound by strict confidentiality obligations.

If TellTap merges or sells assets, data may be transferred securely.

7. International Data Transfers

Data transfers outside Uganda occur only:

8. Data Retention

TellTap keeps personal data only as long as necessary for:

  • Service provision
  • Legal requirements

If you delete your account:

  • Public reviews may remain (anonymized where possible)
  • Personal identifiers will be removed
